We understand that damage or loss of belongings can occur during the moving process, which is why we offer a claims service to ensure you are fairly compensated and your possessions are replaced. Any item that has been damaged or destroyed will be replaced with a like-for-like item, subject to terms and conditions. We are also able to provide advice and guidance on any issues that may arise during or after the move.
Carlin Brown Removals can provide post-move support such as insurance advice, dispute resolution and refunds, and guidance on how to claim on your insurance. As part of our post-move support service, we offer a full inventory check and assessment of all your items. This includes taking photos of any damage or losses that may have occurred, including furniture, boxes and any other items that may have been damaged.
