Our team have been providing outstanding removals services for over 20 years, and in that time we have developed a comprehensive post-move follow-up and customer service. We aim to ensure our customers are happy and their belongings are safe and secure when they arrive at their new home.
We begin our post-move follow-up and customer service by asking our customers to fill out a short survey that is designed to identify any issues or problems that may have occurred during the move. We take the feedback we receive seriously, and use it to improve our service for future customers.
We are always available to help customers if they have any questions or problems after their move. Our team will happily answer any queries and offer advice and guidance where required. We also provide additional services such as packing and unpacking, assembly and disassembly of furniture, and the safe disposal of unwanted items.
